Ordering

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer pre orders?
If an item is available for pre order, it will be clearly noted on the product page along with an estimated ship date.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

We currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Returns and Store Credit

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Any items showing signs of wear or washing cannot be accepted.

We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and laying flat or hanging to dry. Avoid high heat to maintain fabric softness and longevity.
