We hope you love your Laverne pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To start a return, please email us at customercare@lavernethelabel.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive store credit for the item
• As a thank you, we’ll include a complimentary shipping code for your next order

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
