Refund policy

We want you to love your Laverne pieces.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To start a return, please email customercare@lavernethelabel.com with your order number.

Please note:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Once your return is received, you’ll be issued store credit via email

As a thank you, we’ll also include a free shipping code to use on your next order.
